摘要
目的分析择期手术临时取消的原因,提出相应的管理对策和干预措施,以期降低择期手术取消率。方法对2020年1—12月的择期手术取消病例进行回顾性研究及分析。结果择期手术的停台原因主要包括:患方因素(44.58%)、医方因素(35.42%)、疾病因素(20.00%)。结论医务人员要不断提高自身的业务能力和综合素质,重视医患沟通和患者心理护理,加强手术合并慢性疾病的术前处理,以降低择期手术取消率,提高医疗服务质量。
Objective:In order to analyze the reasons for the temporary cancellation of elective surgery,the corresponding management countermeasures and intervention measures were put forward to reduce the cancellation rate of elective surgery.Method:A retrospective study and analysis were conducted on elective surgical cancellations from January to December 2020.Result:The main reasons for the stop-operation of elective surgery were patient factors(44.58%),medical factors(35.42%)and disease factors(20.00%).Conclusion:Medical staff should constantly improve their professional ability and comprehensive quality,pay attention to doctor-patient communication and patient psychological care,strengthen the preoperative management of surgery complicated with chronic diseases,so as to reduce the cancellation rate of elective surgery and improve the quality of medical service.
