摘要
聚焦日本奈良今井町风土聚落整体性保护与活化计划,对其自20世纪50年代起经历的各个阶段进行回顾,就地域社会及地方史、保护理念、政策制定、社群参与等重点进行梳理。在此基础上,考察今井町保护计划在社群驱动力不足的情况下,学者以文化自觉会同地方行政体协作,提振社群结构,并将历史研究与政策制定结合于保护与活化实践的运作过程。对结合国际保护理论与实践的动向,适时吸取日本对于风土建筑的价值认知和整体存续经验的问题提出了初步的思考。
By tracing back the progress of the conservation and regeneration plan of Imaicho,Nara,Japan since the 1950s in the aspects of vernacular building history,the conservation concepts,public participation,and conservation technique,this paper investigates the complex process of conservation under the condition of the lack of community impulse,in which the Japanese scholars work together with the local government to boost the community,and combine the genealogical research and institutional measures.At the end of this paper,the author gives a preliminary reflection on how to draw on the experience of the conservation and regeneration of vernacular architecture in Japan.
