摘要
以花生壳为原料,采用高锰酸钾(KMnO4)溶液进行预处理、炭化处理,制备了染料吸附剂。采用单因素实验、正交实验优化制备工艺:液料比10∶1、KMnO4溶液浓度0.5 mol/L、炭化温度180℃、炭化时间4 h。制得的吸附剂样品对阳离子染料孔雀石绿具有良好的吸附性能,0.05 g吸附剂样品在室温下对150 mL初始质量浓度50 mg/L的孔雀石绿静态吸附120 min,吸附率达96.8%。
Using peanut shells as raw materials, the dye adsorbent was prepared by pretreatment and carbonization with potassium permanganate(KMnO4) solution. The preparation process was optimized through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, and the preparation process was obtained as follows:the ratio of liquid to material 10∶1, the concentration of KMnO40.5 mol/L, carbonization temperature 180 ℃,carbonization time 4 h. The prepared adsorbent sample showed good adsorption performance for cationic dye malachite green. 0.05 g adsorbent sample statically was used to adsorb 150 mL of malachite green with an initial mass concentration of 50 mg/L for 120 min at room temperature, the adsorption rate could reach 96.8%.
