摘要
本研究从康普茶中分离得到一种新型细菌素植物乳杆菌素#SLG10,对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌,包括多重耐药菌株均有抗菌活性。本文以一种新的方法,即生物色谱与反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)相结合,用于从乳酸菌的胞外无细胞发酵液中筛选和纯化获得植物乳杆菌素#SLG10。由N-测序确定氨基酸序列为Asn-Ile-Val-Trp-Gln-Leu-Ile-Gly-Leu-Pro-Ala-Gln-A1。
In this study,a new bacteriocin Phytolactoxin#SLG10 was isolated from Kombucha,which has antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria,including multi-drug resistant strains.In this paper,a novel method,namely biochromatography combined with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),was used to screen and purify the plant lactobacillus#SLG10 from the extracellular cell-free fermentation broth of lactic acid bacteria.The amino acid sequence was Asn-Ile-Val-Trp-Gln-Leu-Ile-Gly-Leu-Pro-Ala-Gln-Al,as determined by N-sequencing.
