摘要
安全生产是化工行业发展的前提,也是社会和谐发展的必然要求。本文从化工设计与安全评价两个方面分析了如何确保化工安全生产。在化工设计方面,从原材料、工艺设计以及反应设备三个方面分析了提高化工生产安全性的注意事项;在安全评价方面,引入HAZOP与LOPA这两个安全评价分析工具,并结合案例分析了工具的使用方法。希望本文介绍的观点与方法可以为我国化工安全生产提供参考。
Safe production is the premise of the development of the chemical industry and an inevitable requirement for the harmonious development of society.This paper analyzes how to ensure chemical safety production from two aspects of chemical design and safety evaluation.In the aspect of chemical design,the precautions for improving the safety of chemical production are analyzed from three aspects:raw materials,process design and reaction equipment;in the aspect of safety evaluation,two safety evaluation analysis tools,HAZOP and LOPA,are introduced,and the tools are analyzed in combination with cases.method of use.It is hoped that the views and methods introduced in this paper can provide reference for my country’s chemical safety production.
