摘要
准确认识岩石的力学性质和可钻特征对钻井方式优选和提高机械钻速有重要意义。我们通过开展重庆长寿区嘉陵江组(灰岩)和须家河组(砂岩)相关实验,其中包括硬度测试、研磨性测试和可钻性测试。结果如下:须家河组砂岩比嘉陵江组灰岩的非均质性更强;选择须家河组地层破岩工具时要充分考虑工具的耐磨性;井筒压力对两个地层岩石的可钻性的影响分为两个阶段。本文开展的研究对该地区破岩工具的优选及可钻性的预测提供理论支撑。
Accurate understanding of the mechanical properties and drillability of the rock is of great significance to optimizing drilling methods and improving the ROP.We have carried out related experiments of the Jialingjiang Formation(limestone)and Xujiahe Formation(sandstone)in Chongqing,including hardness,abrasiveness,and drillability.The results are as follows:the Xujiahe Formation sandstone is more heterogeneous than the Jialingjiang Formation limestone;the wear resistance of the tool should be fully considered when selecting the Xujiahe formation rock breaking tool;the wellbore pressure has a greater impact on the drillability of the two formations.The effect is divided into two stages.The research carried out in this article provides theoretical support for the selection of rock-breaking tools and the prediction of drillability in this area.
