摘要
本文在传统Hummers法制备的基础上,通过优化该方法中氧化剂种类、用量、投料方式、加水方式以及后处理等多个步骤进行氧化石墨的制备。优化后实验流程简单易行,制备条件相对温和,适合于石墨烯研究中少量氧化石墨的快速制备;文章还系统介绍了氧化石墨制备过程中的反应机理、现象解释及注意事项等,有助于研究者更好地掌握氧化石墨的制备流程,制备所需的氧化石墨。该制备方法也可作为实验教学的参考内容,以提高同学的实践能力以及对石墨烯新材料研究的认识。
In this paper,on the basis of the traditional Hummers method,graphite oxide was prepared by optimizing several steps in the method,such as the type and amount of oxidant,feeding mode,the way of water addition and post-treatment,etc.Due to the simple and easy to operate of the experimental process,and the relatively mild preparation conditions,the optimized Hummers method is suitable for the temporary preparation of a small amount of graphite oxide in the research of graphene.Meanwhile,this paper also systematically introduces the reaction mechanism,phenomenon explanation and the points for attention in the preparation process of graphite oxide,which is helpful for researchers to better grasp the preparation process of graphite oxide and prepare the graphite oxide what they demand.Therefore,the preparation method of graphite oxide can be used as a reference content for experimental teaching to improve students’practical ability and the understanding of new material research on graphene as well.
