摘要
针对接触网BIM设计中腕臂装配模型重复利用率低、不能参数化驱动等问题,提出一种通过设计参数、零件参数、测量参数驱动的接触网腕臂装配BIM建模方法,在完成母板库和零件库的基础上,通过参数化驱动腕臂装配母板计算,再进行零件三维模型绑定的方式,可快速获得腕臂装配的三维模型和信息参数。该研究成果可应用于接触网腕臂安装图设计、腕臂预配计算、智能建造和数字化施工管理,为接触网BIM设计、BIM成果信息流转和数字铁路建设提供技术支撑。
To address problems such as low reuse rate of cantilever assembly model and non-parametric driving for the design of OCS based on BIM,a BIM method for OCS cantilever assembly driven by design parameters,part parameters and measurement parameters is proposed.On the basis of completing the master library and the part library,the calculation of cantilever assembly master driven by parameters is performed and then three dimensional model binding of parts is conducted.In this way,three-dimensional model and information parameters of cantilever assembly can be quickly obtained.The research can be applied to the design of OCS cantilever installation drawings and the cantilever preassembly calculation,intelligent construction,as well as digital construction and management,which provides technical support for the design of OCS based on BIM,the circulation of BIM achievement information and the construction of digital railway.
