摘要
城镇老旧小区改造是近年来国家着力推进的一项民生工程和发展工程,对改善城市功能、提升便民服务和提高居民生活质量具有重要意义。由于产业关联与波及效应的存在,实施老旧小区改造不仅会对建筑行业产生正向冲击,也会对其他行业起到一定的拉动作用。因此,城镇老旧小区改造拉动消费、扩大内需作用显著。本文基于2017年投入产出表,测算并分析城镇老旧小区改造的产业关联与波及效应,厘清老旧小区改造投资的传导机制。
The reconstruction of old residential districts in cities and towns is a livelihood project and development project promoted by the state in recent years.It has great significance to improve urban functions,improve convenient services and residents’ quality of life.Due to the existence of industrial correlation and ripple effect,the implementation of the reconstruction of old residential districts will not only have a positive impact on the construction industry,but also pull the output of other industries.Therefore,the reconstruction of old residential districts plays a significant role in stimulating consumption and expanding domestic demand.Based on the input-output table in 2017,this paper calculates and analyzes the industrial correlation and ripple effect of old residential district reconstruction,and clarifies the transmission mechanism of investment in old district reconstruction.
