摘要
糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病属中医“消渴”合并“胸痹”范畴,其病机特点为本虚标实、虚实夹杂。气阴两虚贯穿疾病始终,为本虚;血瘀、痰浊等为消渴病最常见的病理产物,痹阻心脉,引发胸痹,为标实。虚实之间相互影响,迁延难愈。生脉饮出自《医学启源》,具有益气滋阴、养心补肺的功效。黄芪生脉饮由其加减化裁而来。文章主要探讨黄芪生脉饮加减治疗糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的有效机制及临床验案举隅,以期为黄芪生脉饮加减治疗糖尿病合并冠心病提供思路。
Diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease belongs to the category of“Xiaoke”(消渴)combined with“Xiongbi(chest obstruction)”in traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis of the disease is characterized by asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and intermingled deficiency and excess.Qi(气)and Yin(阴)deficiency,which are asthenia in origin,run through the disease.Blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are the most common pathological products of diabetes.Bi obstructs the heart and causes chest obstruction,which is asthenia in superficiality.The interaction between the deficiency and excess delays prognosis.Shengmai decoction(生脉饮)originates from Medical Origin and has the effect of benefitting Qi and Yin,nourishing heart and lung.Huangqi Shengmai decoction(黄芪生脉饮)is modified based on Shengmai decoction.This paper mainly discusses the effective mechanism and clinical cases of modified Huangqi Shengmai decoction in the treatment of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease,with a prospect of providing ideas for the treatment of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.
