摘要
乡村振兴背景下,构建新型农业经营体系成为农户生计提升的重要抓手。选用倾向得分匹配双重差分法(PSM-DID),基于2014~2020年对农户跟踪调查获得的1015个样本数据,评估了新型农业经营体系对农户生计的可持续影响,并对控制组农户进行纵向追踪比对,为研究结论提供进一步的经验证据。结果发现:①新型农业经营体系对农户生计提升具有显著的正向促进作用,且该结论具备稳健性。②新型农业经营体系对农户生计具有可持续的推动作用。进而提出着力扩大新型农业经营体系规模、培育新型农业经营人才以及推进高质量乡村振兴的政策建议。
Against the background of rural revitalization, building the new agricultural operation system has become the key to improving the farmers' livelihood. Using the PSM-DID method, based on 1,015 sample data obtained from the follow-up survey of the farmers from 2014 to 2020, this paper evaluates the sustainable impact of the new agricultural operation system on the farmers' livelihood, and makes a longitudinal follow-up comparison of the farmers in the control group so as to provide further empirical evidence for the research conclusion. The results are as follows: ① The new agricultural operation system plays a vital and positive role in improving the livelihood of the farmers, and this conclusion is reliable. ② The new agricultural operation system plays a sustainable role in improving the farmers' livelihood. The paper finally puts forward policy recommendations to expand the scale of the new agricultural operation system,train more new talents and promote the high-quality rural revitalization.
