摘要
为了实现高强度级别水电工程用钢的工业应用,研究了800 MPa级高强水电钢的焊接性能,分析了预热温度、焊接方式对不同厚度规格钢板冷裂纹倾向和焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:当焊接预热温度为70℃时,可以保证钢板不出现冷裂纹且具有良好的焊接工艺适应性。采用两种焊接方式的焊接接头力学性能均满足标准要求。
In order to realize the industrial application of high strength grade steel for hydropower engineering,the article studies the weldability of 800 MPa grade high strength hydropower steel,analyses the effects of preheating temperature and welding method on cold cracking tendency of different thickness specification and mechanical properties of welded joint.The results show that the steel plate is ensured to have good welding process adaptability without forming cold cracks at the welding preheating temperature of 70℃.The mechanical properties of welded joint with two different welding methods both satisfy the standard requirements.
