摘要
2017年教育部提出师范认证,要求师范专业通过认证,培养出适应地方教育发展需求的优秀应用型教师。对目前师范类专业的应用型人才能力培养等相关问题进行梳理,针对应用型教师人才培养的目标定位、课程设置、实践教学等进行讨论,提出要加强对师范类专业学生的应用型教育教学能力、创新实践能力的融合培养。
In 2017,the Ministry of Education proposed the professional certification of normal colleges and universities,which requires the teacher-training profession to take the certification as the standard,and train outstanding applied teachers who can meet the needs of local education development.This paper sorts out the problems related to the cultivation of applied talents in normal schools,discusses the goal orientation,course setting and practical teaching of the cultivation of applied talents,and proposes cultivation to strengthen the cultivation of applied education and teaching ability,innovation and practice ability of normal majors.
