摘要
劳动力市场要素配置效率的提高能促进产业发展,而就业问题的复杂性又给产业结构调整带来更多挑战性。本文基于产业关联视角构建耦合协调模型,结合福建省大学生就业实习活动开展现状进行实证研究,发现现阶段福建省就业实习活动存在行业动员不足、实习质量有待提高、不适应产业结构调整需求、学生权益难以获得保障和内卷化竞争严重等问题。因此,下一阶段有必要构建以政府部门为主导、校企协同配合的多方联动机制,积极调动劳动力市场多方主体积极性和责任意识,充分发挥高校的沟通桥梁作用,重视实习学生和企业的双向评价,提高就业资源配置效率,以实习质量的提高推动就业问题的改善,以就业结构升级推动产业结构调整。
The improvement of the efficiency of the allocation of labor market factors can promote industrial development,and the complexity of employment issues brings more challenges to the adjustment of industrial structure.This paper constructs a coupling coordination model based on the industry-related perspective,and conducts an empirical study on the status of the employment internship activities of college students in Fujian Province.It is found that there are insufficient industry mobilization in the employment internship activities in Fujian Province,the quality of internships needs to be improved,and does not meet the needs of industrial structure adjustment.Therefore,in the next stage,it is necessary to build a multi-party linkage mechanism led by government departments and coordinated by schools and enterprises,actively mobilize the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of multiple parties in the labor market,give full play to the role of colleges and universities as a communication bridge,and attach importance to the two-way evaluation between interns and enterprises.Improve the efficiency of employment resource allocation,promote the improvement of employment problems by the improvement of internship quality,and promote the adjustment of industrial structure with the upgrading of employment structure.
