摘要
就业是民生之本。大学生就业工作不仅关系到广大家庭幸福,而且关系到社会稳定。大学生就业指导课对促进大学生就业有作用重大,学生参与度是影响教学效果的核心因素。通过文献检索梳理出决定学生参与度的五个影响因素:课后学习时间、师生互动度、任务完成度、计划制定度、资源利用度,采用模糊集定性比较分析法进行组合分析,得出四种路径。研究结果表明:组合路径M1、M2、M3的覆盖度和一致性较高,师生互动度、任务完成度、计划制定度、资源利用度为核心条件,并针对各影响因素提出对策与建议。
Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.Employment of college students is not only related to the happiness of the majority of families,but also related to social stability.The employment guidance course for college students plays a significant role in promoting the employment of college students,and student participation is the core factor that affects the effectiveness of teaching.Through literature retrieval,five influencing factors that determine student participation are sorted out.for example,after-school study time,teacher-student interaction,task completion,plan development,and resource utilization.The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used for combinatorial analysis,and the result is Four paths.The research results show that the combined paths M1,M2,and M3 have high coverage and consistency,with teacher-student interaction,task completion,planning,and resource utilization as the core conditions,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for each influencing factor.
