摘要
科技工作者是推动经济社会发展的重要人力资源,通过建设管理服务系统可为科技工作者提供高效便捷的服务,为管理部门把握科技动态、调配资源、制定政策提供决策支持。针对科技工作者特点,基于网格化管理思想设计了科技工作者服务体系框架,采用SOA架构开发了科技工作者管理服务系统,并在业务逻辑层引入区块链技术,实现信息采集、身份认证、新闻发布、数据分析、服务机构等功能,通过实际应用验证了科技工作者管理服务系统的可行性和实用性。
Scientific and technological workers are important human resources to promote economic and social development. The management service system can provide efficient and convenient services for scientific and technological workers. Also, it can provide decision-making support for management departments to grasp scientific and technological trends, resource allocation and formulate policies. According to the characteristics of scientific and technological workers, this paper designs the framework of scientific and technological workers management service system based on the grid management idea, and develops the scientific and technological workers management service system based on SOA architecture. Blockchain technology is added to the business logic layer. The management service system realizes the functions of information collection, identity authentication, news release, data analysis, service organization, etc. The feasibility and practicability of the scientific and technological workers management service system are verified through practical application.
