基于热工水力程序cosFlow的消防系统仿真

摘要 AP1000中消防系统是核电站中的一个子系统,其主要作用包括探测火灾及灭火,为失效时CCS(设冷水系统)中的热交换器提供冷却和安全喷淋等。上述系统主要由火灾探测和报警设备、消防水供给设备、自动和手动灭火设备等组成。通过COSINE中的热工水力程序cos Flow对其进行建模仿真,模拟了三种不同稳态运行工况下的消防系统,分别为稳态运行模式、消防水喷淋以及失去交流电的消防水喷淋。模拟计算结果表明,cosFlow模拟结果与设计值之间误差较小,均在5%以内,能够满足仿真的精度要求。 The fire protection system in AP1000 is a subsystem of the nuclear power plant. Its main functions include fire detection and extinguishing, providing cooling and safety spray for the heat exchanger in CCS(with cold water system) in case of failure. The system is mainly composed of fire detection and alarm equipment, fire water supply equipment, automatic and manual fire-fighting equipment, etc. In this paper, cosflow, a thermal-hydraulic program in cosine, is used to model and simulate the fire-fighting system under three different steady-state operation conditions, namely, steady-state operation mode, fire-fighting water spray and fire-fighting water spray without alternating current. The simulation results show that the error between the cosflow simulation results and the design value is less than 5%, which can meet the simulation accuracy requirements.
