The Beijing Intellectual Property Court has set up a panel to handle cases involving competition and monopolies among busimesses after seeing a rapid growth of such disputes in recent years.On 16 March 2022,the Beijing Intellectual Property Court convened a press conferenee on the trial of competition and monopoly cases.Song Yushui,vice-president of the court.
