小秦艽种子生物学和全球产地适宜性研究 被引量:1

Study on the biological characteristics of Gentiana dahurica seeds and its wild cultivation potential area

摘要 目的基于种子生物学和野生抚育及全球产地适宜性分析,为濒危药用植物小秦艽种质资源保护和引种栽培提供理论基础。方法测定种子生物学特征,研究不同浓度赤霉素对种子发芽率的影响,通过实地调研建立野生抚育方法,同时应用并建立Maxent模型,预测其全球潜在适宜产区。结果不同浓度赤霉素促进小秦艽种子发芽率有差异,最佳浓度为500 mg/L。野生抚育关键技术主要包括人工制种,播种方法和采收加工。小秦艽全球最大潜在适生区是中国,其次为蒙古和美国。在中国,适生区总面积最大的省份是内蒙古,其次分别为甘肃和四川等。结论该研究为濒危药用植物小秦艽引种栽培及产业持续发展提供理论基础。 Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the protection and introduction of the an endangered Gentiana dahurica based on the analysis of seed biology and the suitability of producing area.Methods In this study,the biological characteristics of seeds were observed and measured.Germination rate of seeds treated with GA3 were determined.By field investigation and litera-ture collation the wild rearing methods was established.At the same time,Maxent model was also employed to predict the poten-tial habitat of Gentiana dahurica in the world.Results The germination rate of seeds was varied from different concentrations of GA3,and the optimal concentration was 500 mg/L.The key technologies of wild cultivation mainly include artificial seed produc-tion,sowing method,soil selection and harvest processing.The global suitability analysis shows that China is the largest potential area for Gentiana dahurica,followed by Mongolia and the United State.In China,Inner Mongolia is the largest potential area,fol-lowed by Gansu and Sichuan province.Conclusion This study provides a cornerstone for the cultivation,introduction and sustain-able industrial development of an endangered Gentiana dahurica.
