摘要
脾、肺、肾三脏与水液代谢密切相关,其相互协调,共同维持人体水液平衡。肾病水肿多责脾肾之不足,然肺肾两脏关系紧密,相互联系,相互影响。肺气不利,水气停滞,水肿亦作。故从肺论治肾病水肿,意义重大。
The three organs of spleen,lung and kidney are closely related to the metabolism of water,and they coordinate with each other to maintain the balance of water and liquid.Nephrotic edema is mainly due to the deficiency of spleen and kidney.However,the two organs of lung and kidney are closely related to each other.Lung Qi is not good,water vapor stagnates,and edema also occurs.Therefore,it is of great significance to treat nephrotic edema from the perspective of lung.
