摘要
为提高水利工程密度较高流域的洪水预报精度,对资料匮乏地区的中小水库/塘坝,基于聚合虚拟思想,提出了一种虚拟水库拦蓄量计算方法,并与新安江模型进行耦合,构建考虑中小水库/塘坝影响的洪水预报方法,并在淮河息县和王家坝站点进行了验证。结果表明,考虑中小水库/塘坝的拦蓄作用,可显著提高模拟精度,尤其可有效改善中低洪水的模拟效果,确保了同一流域在同一参数体系下不同量级洪水模拟效果均较优。
In order to improve the accuracy of flood forecasting in the basin with high density of water conservancy projects,based on the idea of virtual aggregation,a method of virtual reservoir regulation and storage capacity is proposed for small and medium sized reservoirs/ponds in the area of lack of data.Coupled with the Xin’anjiang model to build a flood forecasting model was established considering influence of small and medium sized reservoirs/ponds.Taking Xixian and Wangjiaba station in Huaihe River as an example,the results show that the simulation accuracy is effectively improved by considering the regulation and storage effect of small and medium sized reservoirs/ponds,especially for the simulation of medium and low floods.Under the same parameter system of the same basin,simulation accuracy is higher for different grades of flood.
