摘要
董事会建设的进一步落实是国有企业改革有力推进、中国特色现代企业制度不断完善的重要标志,也是国企改革三年行动的重点工作目标。论文以经济新发展阶段为背景,提出了航天高新技术企业加强董事会建设的目标和原则,结合国家和行业相关要求,对董事会建设的主要工作内容进行了阐述,总结提出了董事会评价指标与评价要点,以供参考。
The further implementation of the construction of the board of directors is an important symbol of the strong promotion of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics.It is also the key work objective of the three-year action of the reform of state-owned enterprises.Taking the new stage of economic development as the background,this paper puts forward the objectives and principles of strengthening the construction of the board of directors in aerospace high-tech enterprises,expounds the main work contents of the construction of the board of directors in combination with the relevant requirements of the state and the industry,summarizes and puts forward the evaluation indicators and key points of the board of directors,for reference.
