血瘀证模型研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 血瘀理论源自《黄帝内经》,通常是指因气虚、气滞、寒凝、血热及外伤等病因病机导致的血行不畅、血液运行缓慢或停滞。现代研究认为血瘀证是引起代谢性疾病的原因之一,参与了心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肾病、高血压病、高脂血症等多种疾病的发生和发展过程。因此,血瘀证模型建立方法的稳定对该领域的研究十分重要。目前,主要从发病诱因、病理改变及病证结合3个角度建立血瘀证动物模型,但模型的建立方法、评价标准和方法尚有很多问题。文章综述了血瘀证动物模型建模方法及评价标准,以期为血瘀证相关疾病的研究以及活血化瘀中药的筛选提供科学依据。 The theory of blood stasis originated from the Huangdi Neijing, which usually refers to the poor blood flow, slow or stagnant blood flow caused by qi deficiency, qi stagnation, cold coagulation, blood heat and trauma. Modern research believes that blood stasis syndrome is one of the causes of metabolic diseases, which is involved in the occurrence and development cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, nephropathy and hyperlipidemia and other diseases. Therefore,scientific and reasonable blood stasis syndrome model is very important for the research in this field. According to the literature,there are three methods to establish the blood stasis syndrome model. Which are based on the pathogenesis, pathological changes and the combination of disease and syndrome. However, there are still many problems in the establishment of model, evaluation criteria and methods, which need further study. Therefore, this paper reviews the modeling methods and evaluation criteria of animal models of blood stasis syndrome, in order to provide scientific basis for the research of blood stasis related diseases and traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
