摘要
通过对《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》和中华中医药学会、中国中西医结合学会发布的辨证标准进行分析,及对学术界近10年来发表的辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的文献进行分析,发现权威文献之间、学术界之间、权威文献和学术界之间,均存在辨证上的差异,标准并不完全一致,失于规范。文章通过分析辨证上客观存在的问题,提出了重新规范辨证的解决策略。
By analyzing the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Trial), the syndrome differentiation standards issued by Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Association of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, and the literatures published in academic circles in recent 10 years on syndrome differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis, it is found that there are differences in syndrome differentiation among authoritative documents, academic circles, authoritative documents and academic circles, and the standards are not completely consistent, which is out of specification. By analyzing the objective problems in syndrome differentiation, this paper puts forward the solution strategy of re-standardizing syndrome differentiation.
