摘要
张杰教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,善用药对,强调药性专长,获得较好的临床效果。临证从"虚、毒、瘀"详审本病病机,常用扶助正气、解毒化瘀药对。中焦之病,尤需注意升降失常,胃病日久,从气分深入血分,致使血流不畅而凝滞,当重视运用活血化瘀药对,脾胃一阴一阳,最易寒热错杂,还应运用寒温并调药对,脾胃纳运功能有赖于肝胆疏泄正常,肝脾建中药对亦不可少,同时不忘配伍消食导滞药对,以顾护胃气。
Professor ZHANG Jie treats chronic atrophic gastritis by using medication rightly, emphasizing medicinal expertise, and obtaining good clinical results. The clinical card often examines the pathogenesis of the disease from ‘deficiency,poison, and blood stasis’. In the case of middle energizer disease, it is especially necessary to pay attention to the abnormal ups and downs. The stomach disease lasts a long time. From the qi to the blood, it causes poor blood flow and stagnation. We should also use cold-warm drug adjustment, spleen and stomach delivery function depend on the normal liver and gall bladder drainage,liver and spleen couplet medicines is also indispensable, not forgetting the compatibility of digestive and stagnation drug pair, to take care of stomach qi.
