摘要
现代化进程对社会形态和生活方式产生剧烈影响,也对当代藏族社群和个体产生深刻影响,在此背景下,人们希望通过叙述这些改变更透彻理解历史、现代与族裔性的关系,传统和现代性的张力产生的影响因而成为当代藏族文学的重要主题,文本中的特定意象或隐喻既是这种张力的具象化,也是现代藏族人双重文化意识的反映。通过聚焦小说中不同个体表述变革经验的叙事及其对主体的影响,文章旨在揭示主体经验表述中现代与传统的辨证共存,并以此探讨社会变革和文化碰撞对现代藏族人主体建构的影响。
Modernization in progress has brought about social development and changed the patterns of life in the Tibetan regions, and thus deeply influences Tibetan communities and individuals. Modern Tibetans naturally tend to respond to the transformation by narrating their personal experiences, to gain a better understanding of interrelation between history, modernity and ethnicity. And in consequence, the impacts that the tensions between tradition and modernity produce, as an important literary theme, is extensively discussed by contemporary Tibetan writers. They employ a variety of metaphors and images to embody the tensions, and reflect the Tibetans’ double consciousness. By focusing on how the fictional characters narrate these changes, this study seeks to explore the ways how social transformation and cultural encounters wield power over modern Tibetans’ formation of subjectivity, and the ways how individuals negotiate and compromise the differences between tradition and modernity.
