摘要
随着国家出台多层次政策大力支持物流行业,物流行业的前景变得十分广阔,但与此同时,物流企业面临的市场竞争也日趋激烈。文中以顺丰控股为例,利用杜邦分析法对企业2018-2020年的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和发展能力进行综合分析,并对比同行业的圆通速递于同一时期的财务比率。通过分析发现顺丰控股在经营过程中的问题,从现金流管理、成本管控与科技架构的角度对改善和提高企业管理能力和水平提供策略。
As the country promulgated multi-level policies to vigorously support the logistics industry,the logistics industry has a very broad prospect,but at the same time,the market competition faced by logistics enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Taking SF Express as an example,the article uses the DuPont analysis method to comprehensively analyze the company s solvency,operating capacity,profitability and development capacity from 2018 to 2020,and compares the financial ratios of YTO Express in the same industry during the same period.Through analysis,we find out the problems of SF Express in the operation process,and provides strategies for improving and enhancing the management ability and level of the company from the perspective of cash flow management,cost control and technological structure.
