摘要
在道路桥梁工程中,为避免出现决算超预算、预算超概算、概算超估算的情况,需要对造价进行全过程控制管理。论文以道路桥梁工程为例,简要阐述工程造价的基本构成与造价控制目标,分析实施全过程造价控制管理的基本原则,并从投资决策环节、设计环节、实施环节等几方面具体探讨道路桥梁工程造价全过程控制管理对策。
In road and bridge engineering,in order to avoid the situation that the final account exceeds the budget,the budget exceeds the budget estimate and the budget estimate exceeds the estimate,it is necessary to control the cost of the whole process management.Taking road and bridge engineering as an example,this paper briefly expounds the basic components and cost control objectives of the project cost,analyzes the basic principles of implementing the whole process cost control management,and concretely discusses the countermeasures of the whole process cost control management of road and bridge engineering from the aspects of investment decision-making,design and implementation.
