摘要
钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工技术常被应用于装配式建筑施工中,但由于操作不当等原因容易出现灌浆料抗压强度不足、排浆孔不出浆等问题,严重影响连接效果。论文探讨钢筋套筒灌浆连接的技术原理、施工工艺流程、常见问题及应对策略和质量检测方法。
Reinforcement sleeve grouting connection construction technology is often used in the construction of prefabricated buildings,but due to improper operation and other reasons,it is easy to appear the grouting material compressive strength is insufficient,the grouting hole does not produce slurry and other problems,which seriously affect the connection effect.This paper discusses the technical principle,construction process,common problems,coping strategies and quality testing methods of reinforcement sleeve grouting connection,thus deepening the understanding of this technology.
