摘要
以区域经济综合发展水平为导向,结合广西区域特征,从经济发展成效、经济消费基础、经济发展动力3个方面,构建县级行政区经济综合发展水平指标体系,借助熵权法对2008—2018年广西87个县级行政区的经济综合发展水平进行测算和分析。研究表明:县级行政区的经济综合发展水平有所提升,较高及以上的县级行政区数量变多,差距不断缩小,发展态势较好;各县级行政区的经济综合发展水平差异明显,经济综合发展水平高等级的区域主要零散分布在南宁市市辖区、桂林市市辖区、柳州市市辖区,低等级主要分布在桂西北、桂东北的连片区域;广西各县级行政区的经济综合发展水平与科技创新能力相关性较大,但创新能力尚未大幅度提升。最后基于研究成果提出提升经济综合发展水平的建议。
Guided by the comprehensive development level of the regional economy,combined with the regional characteristics of Guangxi,constructing an indicator system for the comprehensive economic development level of county-level administrative regions from the three aspects of economic development effectiveness,economic consumption basis,and economic development power,with the help of entropy law for 2008—2018,the comprehensive economic development level of 87 county-level administrative regions in Guangxi was calculated and analyzed.Research shows that the comprehensive economic development level of county-level administrative districts has improved,and the number of higher and above county-level administrative districts has increased,and the gap has been narrowing.High-level areas of development are mainly scattered in Nanning city districts,Guilin city districts,and Liuzhou municipal districts.Low-level areas are mainly distributed in the contiguous areas of northwest and northeast Guangxi;as for the comprehensive economic development level of the county-level administrative districts in Guangxi,it is highly relevant to scientific and technological innovation capabilities,but innovation capabilities have not yet been greatly improved.Finally,based on the research results,this article puts forward suggestions for improving the level of comprehensive economic development.
