摘要
本文通过Python编程软件爬取13个省级综合档案馆微信公众号包含音像档案内容的推文的相关数据,探析音像档案情感价值的内容构成及其影响因素,进一步丰富档案情感价值理论,促进档案利用服务质量的提升。在对推文精选留言文本进行编码分析后,结合文本内情感词汇,得出音像档案五个维度的情感价值:情境记忆与共鸣感、交互行为与参与感、身份认同与归属感、情感认同与民族自豪感、档案意识与同理心,继而提出音像档案情感价值的影响因素及实现策略。
Through Python programming soft solution to crawl the related data of audio;visual archive tweets of 13 provincial comprehensive archives’ Wechat public accounts,the authors analyze the emotional value of audio;visual archive and its influencing factors to further improve the theoretical system of emotional value of archives,and promote the improvement of service quality of archive utilization.After the coding analysis of the selected message text of tweets,combined with the emotional words in the text,it is concluded that the audio;visual archives have five emotional values,including situational memory and empathy,interactive behavior and sense of participation,identity and belonging,emotional identity and national pride,and archive awareness and empathy.Then,according to the relevant data of tweets,four influencing factors and development paths of audio;visual archive emotional value are proposed.
