摘要
本文以丙烯酸、三氯化磷和水为原料,一锅法制备3-氯丙酰氯。加成反应中,反应温度为70~80℃,三氯化磷用量0.35~0.4 mol;酰氯化反应中,反应温度为40~50℃,三氯化磷的用量0.45 mol。反应收率达到96.5%。
In this paper,3-chloropropionyl chloride was prepared by one pot method with acrylic acid,phosphorus trichloride and water as raw materials.In addition reaction,the reaction temperature is 70~80℃,the dosage of phosphorus trichloride is 0.35~0.4 mol;In acyl chlorination,the reaction temperature is 40~50℃,and the amount of phosphorus trichloride is 0.45mol.The yield was 96.5%.
