摘要
长距离钻爆法施工通风一直是隧道修建技术施工难题,而对于高原特长隧道该问题更为突出。某隧道斜井长3905 m,正洞为3606 m,具有海拔高、距离长、坡度大、洞内赋存瓦斯等特点。为解决长大隧道施工通风难题,提出采用独头压入通风方式和隧道整体富氧方法,多个工作面同时进行施工。计算得出风量、风压、功率后,进行轴流风机和制氧站选型,使用大直径风管,加强通风管理,由智能化控制系统、自动风阀等设备自动调节工作。此外,压入式通风结合隧道整体富氧,能增加内燃机车输出功率,减少尾气排放,改善施工环境,并降低通风、燃油消耗量。
Ventilation in long-distance drilling and blasting construction has always been a difficult problem in tunnel construction technology,which is more prominent for super long tunnels in plateau.The inclined shaft of a tunnel is 3905 m long and the main tunnel is 3606 m long.It has the characteristics of high altitude,long distance,large slope and gas in the tunnel.In order to solve the ventilation problem in the construction of long tunnels,it is proposed to adopt the single head pressure ventilation method and the overall oxygen enrichment method of the tunnel.The construction of multiple working faces is carried out at the same time.After calculating the air volume,air pressure and power,the axial flow fan and oxygen generation station are selected.The large-diameter air duct is used to strengthen the ventilation management.The working state is regulated automatically by intelligent control system,automatic air valve and other equipment.In addition,pressure ventilation combined with the overall oxygen enrichment of the tunnel can increase the output power of diesel locomotives,reduce exhaust emissions,improve the construction environment and reduce ventilation and fuel consumption.
