摘要
水下管汇是一种典型的海上油气开发重要设备,是水下生产系统的关键组成部分。本文以南海某项目深水管汇建造为载体,介绍管汇的结构组成、功能原理和工厂建造质量控制及测试要点,对水下管汇的建造、安装、维护、测试等方面技术提供参考。
Subsea manifold is an important equipment for typical offshore oil and gas development,and a key component of subsea production system.Taking the construction of a deep-water manifold of a project in South China Sea as an example,this paper introduces the structural composition,functional principle,quality control of construction and test points of the manifold,and provides reference for the construction,installation,maintenance and test of subsea manifold.
