功果桥电厂机组UPS优化改造研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于功果桥电站原机组UPS系统于2012年投运,使用克劳瑞德有限责任公司开发的Chloride Active A 16 kVA UPS该系统存在主机故障导致交流输出中断、无蓄电池单体电压检测系统、蓄电池充放电试验不合格等诸多问题,因此文章提出了功果桥电站机组UPS改造解决方案,首先执行了原机组UPS负荷统计,确定了新改造的机组UPS交直流电源接取方案,确定新安装机组UPS的配置原则及原理图设计,对新安装后的机组UPS电源进行切换试验验证,并分析了新安装的机组UPS的优点。 Since the UPS system of the original unit of Gongguoqiao Power Station was put into operation in 2012,the Chloride Active A 16 kVA UPS(hereinafter referred to as UPS)system developed by Cloride Co.,Ltd.was used.There are many problems such as the battery cell voltage detection system and the unqualified battery charge and discharge test.Therefore,a solution for the transformation of the UPS system of the Gongguoqiao power station is proposed.DC power supply access plan,determine the configuration principle and schematic design of the UPS system of the newly installed unit,carry out the switching test verification of the UPS power supply of the newly installed unit,and analyze the advantages of the UPS system of the newly installed unit.
