摘要
技术是人的生存方式,新技术的普遍应用正在不断结构化现实生活。随着技术生活的全面展开,风险社会却逐日临近,隐私风险渐成其重要论题。技术对现实生活的全面建构,日益形成对隐私的持续而全面的透视与控制,可能招致“透明社会”的产生,继而引发主体性危机。然而,随着隐私危机的不断蔓延及技术批判向度的缺失,一种无助文化正在滋生,进而引发生存危机。面向困境,反思无助文化,审视生存危机,需要在思想和行动层面积极准备,正视危机以化解风险。为此,不仅需要恢复批判向度,唤醒主体性,更要有保护隐私的社会主张和行动,努力开拓技术发展的民主化方案,通过制度力量对抗异化,进而使人在技术与隐私之间的张力及其微妙的平衡中实现自由发展。
Technology is a way of living for human.In reality,new technology is widely adopted and benefits people’s life from all aspects.Technology is involved in more and more fields in life,the privacy of society is in danger,thus privacy crisis gradually become an important topic.Technology exerts all-aspect influence to real life,and controls privacy of the society continuously and widely.It may result in transparent society,and cause subjectivity crisis.However,with the spread of the privacy crisis and the lack of technical criteria,a helpless culture develops,and so does a survival crisis.We need to make great preparations in theory and action to resolve the problem.Therefore,not only the standard and the public who think for oneself,but also public suggestions and actions should be adopted to protect privacy.Technology should develop in a rational way,and resist alienation by adopting institutional methods,so as to enable people to develop in a fair balance between technology and privacy.
