摘要
目的探讨中药塌渍联合红外线照射对前臂动静脉内瘘成熟的疗效。方法医院肾病科行前臂动静脉内瘘术后患者80例随机分为两组各40例,观察组采用术前一周中药塌渍+红外线局部照射治疗,对照组单纯使用红外线局部照射治疗。比较两组术后头静脉血管内径、壁厚、血流量、首次使用前臂动静脉内瘘时间、透析血流量及首次透析血肿发生率。结果观察组患者术后头静脉血管内径、壁厚、血流情况均逐渐好转,且改善情况优于对照组;观察组首次透析使用前臂动静脉内瘘时间早于对照组;两组透析4周后血流量均增大,观察组大于对照组;观察组首次透析血肿发生率为7.5%(3/40),低于对照组的27.5%(11/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍合红外线照射对促进前臂动静脉内瘘早期成熟有积极作用,且局部血肿发生率低。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application collapse combined with infrared irradiation on the maturation of forearm arteriovenous fistula.Methods Eighty patients with forearm arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application collapse and infrared local irradiation one week before operation,and the control group was treated with infrared local irradiation.The diameter,wall thickness,blood flow,time of first use of forearm arteriovenous fistula,dialysis blood flow and the incidence of first dialysis hematoma were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those of the control group,the diameter,wall thickness and blood flow of cephalic vein were improved gradually in the treatment group.The first time of using forearm arteriovenous fistula was earlier.Compared with those of the control group,the blood flow of was larger in the treatment group,and the incidence of hematoma was lower.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application collapse combined with infrared irradiation has a positive effect on promoting the early maturation of forearm arteriovenous fistula,and the incidence of local hematoma was lower.
