肾衰宁颗粒结合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及炎症指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Shenshuaining granules combined with Benazepril on renal function and inflammatory indexes in patients with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的分析肾衰宁颗粒结合贝那普利(BEN)对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾功能及炎症指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月会昌县人民医院收治的80例DN患者进行研究,采用简单随机分组法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用BEN治疗,观察组采用肾衰宁颗粒联合BEN治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 hUP)]、炎性因子指标[白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后2组的BUN、SCr、24 hUP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组的IL-8、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肾衰宁颗粒联合BEN治疗DN患者的疗效确切,可显著改善其肾功能,降低炎症反应。 Objective To analyze the effects of Shenshuaining granules combined with benazepril(BEN)on renal function and inflammation indexes in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 80 patients with DN admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2018 and December 2019.They were divided into control group(40 cases,BEN)and observation group(40 cases,Shenshuaining granules combined with BEN)by simple random grouping method.The clinical curative effect,renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),24h urine protein quantification(24hUP)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of clinical treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(92.50%vs 75.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of BUN,Scr and 24hUP in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-8,TNF-αand hs-CRP in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Shenshuaining granules combined with BEN is significant on DN patients,which can significantly improve renal function and reduce inflammation response.
