摘要
公共图书馆是群众学习科学文化知识、提升自身素质、陶冶文化情操以及休闲休憩的重要场所,是社会公共服务体系的重要组成部分。进入新时代后,人民群众对精神文化需求的层次和要求越来越高,公共图书馆要主动适应新形势新需求,坚持以人民为中心,全面提升读者服务工作水平,为广大群众提供更好的阅读和学习体验。文章聚焦提升公共图书馆读者服务这一主题,以海南省为例,梳理了当前公共图书馆读者服务工作现状,重点从创新思想理念、创新服务模式、创新图书馆文化活动、充分运用现代技术手段、提升人员综合素质等方面,研究了读者服务创新举措,希望可以为业界提供一定参考。
Public library is an important place for the masses to learn scientific and cultural knowledge,improve their own quality,cultivate cultural sentiment and leisure.It is an important part of the social public service system.After entering the new era,the people have higher and higher levels and requirements for spiritual and cultural needs.Public libraries should take the initiative to adapt to the new situation and new needs,adhere to people-centered,comprehensively improve the level of reader service,and provide better reading and learning experience for the masses.Focusing on the theme of improving the reader service of public libraries,taking Hainan province as an example,this paper combs the current situation of the reader service of public libraries,and studies the innovative measures of reader service from the aspects of innovative ideas,innovative service mode,innovative library cultural activities,making full use of modern technical means and improving the comprehensive quality of personnel,hoping to provide some reference for the industry.
