我院静脉用药集中调配中心智能化建设与探索

Intelligent construction and exploration of intravenous drug centralized dispensing center in our hospital

摘要 目的:探讨我院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)智能化建设及效果。方法:通过软件改造和智能化硬件建设,收集改造前后各3个月的数据,并对各工作环节的工作效率进行比较,评价其应用效果。结果:智能化建设实现了静脉用药集中调配各环节信息化、智能化管理,包括智能审方、智能贴签、智能加药、智能成品输液分拣、智能输液运送、智能药筐清洗;改造后,审核医嘱不合格率由2.43%降至1.39%,审方药师由2名减少至1名,审方用时由1.5 h缩短至1 h,每袋输液贴签用时由(4.36±0.34)s缩短至(3.90±0.39)s,贴签差错率由(3.71±0.36)‰降至(0.57±0.41)‰,混合调配人员针刺伤由5次降至1次,药液喷洒由12次降至0次,分拣每袋输液差错率由(3.61±0.69)‰降至(0.87±0.35)‰,清洗每个药筐用时由(18.52±5.09)s缩短至(8.44±2.23)s。结论:优化PIVAS的各项流程,并进行合理的信息化、智能化建设,能提高工作效率,提高人员职业防护,降低差错,为患者提供高质量的输液,确保临床用药安全。 Objective:To explore the intelligent construction and effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)in our hospital.Methods:Through software transformation and intelligent hardware construction,data of 3 months before and after modification were collected,the efficiency of each working link is compared and its application effect is evaluated.Results:The intelligent construction realizes the information and intelligent management of all links in the centralized allocation of intravenous medication,including intelligent prescription checking,intelligent labeling,intelligent dosing,intelligent finished product infusion,sorting,intelligent infusion,transportation,and intelligent medicine basket cleaning.After the modification,the unqualified rate of medical orders was reduced from 2.43%to 1.39%,the number of pharmacists was reduced from 2 to 1,and the time for prescription checking was shortened from 1.5 h to 1 h,the infusion time per bag was shortened from(4.36±0.34)s to(3.90±0.39)s,label error rate decreased from(3.71±0.36)‰to(0.57±0.41)‰,needle stab injuries of mixed and deployed personnel decreased from 5 times to 1 time,and liquid spraying decreased from 12 times to 0 times,the infusion error rate per bag of sorting decreased from(3.61±0.69)‰decreased to(0.87±0.35)‰,the cleaning time of each medicine basket decreased from(18.5±5.09)s to(8.4±2.23)s.Conclusions:Optimizing various processes of PIVAS and carrying out reasonable information and intelligent construction can improve work efficiency,improve personnel occupational protection,reduce errors,provide patients with high quality infusion,and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
