摘要
目的:探究在神经内科重症监护室护理中使用优质护理方法所取得的应用效果。方法:选取于2019年6月份至2020年6月份期间在医院神经内科重症监护室中接受治疗的患者共60例,随机分组法,每组30例。常规护理法用于对照组,优质护理法用于观察组。结果:护理前,两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分、Ashwarth评分及舒适度评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组NIHSS评分及Ashwarth评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科重症监护室中使用优质护理方法,有助于改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,提升患者身体舒适度,患者护理满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of using high quality nursing method in intensive care unit nursing of neurology department.Methods:60 patients were selected from June 2019 to June 2020 in the intensive care unit of the Department of Neurology,Random grouping,30 cases in each group.Routine nursing for the control group,The quality nursing method was used in the observation group.Results:Before nursing,There was no difference in NIHSS score,ADL score,Ashwarth score and comfort score between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,The NIHSS score and Ashwarth score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,ADL score was higher than the control group,The comfort score was higher than the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using quality nursing methods in intensive care unit of neurology department,Helps improve the neurological deficit,Improve the patient's physical comfort,Patient nursing satisfaction was high.
