摘要
铝合金模板在高层住宅项目中的运用,需要切实做好铝合金模板的前期设计管控和铝合金模板的施工管控,前期设计需要着重明确铝模的运用思路、全现浇空心外墙、外架、结构、装饰等做法。施工阶段需要侧重做好物料管控、脱模剂的选择、支撑拆除等。以昆山长江路商住用房ABC地块项目的铝合金模板运用为例,对项目中采用铝合金模板前期设计管控、施工现场控制进行介绍。
The application of Aluminum Alloy formwork in high-rise residential projects needs to do a good job in the early design control and construction control of Aluminum Alloy formwork,pre-design needs to focus on the use of aluminum mold ideas,cast-in-situ hollow outer wall,outer frame,structure,decoration and other practices.In the construction stage,it is necessary to focus on material control,mold release agent selection,support removal and so on.Taking the application of aluminum alloy formwork in the ABC plot of commercial and residential buildings on the Yangtze River road in Kunshan as an example,this paper introduces the pre-design control and construction site control of adopting aluminum alloy formwork in the project.
