摘要 随着全金属单螺杆泵在稠油举升领域的广泛应用,针对定子转子啮合间隙变形泄漏问题的研究显得尤为重要,传统的数学模型和运动学分析难以反映出螺杆泵运行的实际状态。对此,文章通过NX商业软件构建定子、转子和流体域的三维模型,基于Simerics-MP+和ANSYS Workbench实现单向流固耦合数值计算,分析对比不同进出口压差条件下定子和转子的变形量。结果表明,转子最大变形量随着进出口压差的增大而增大,定子的最大变形量在压差为0.08 MPa时取得极大值1.040×10^(-6)mm,相较转子而言小了三个数量级;在设计间隙值0.1mm的条件下,无压差进出口定子转子啮合间隙为9.910×10^(-2)mm,随着压差的增大啮合间隙先增大后减小,并最终趋近于3.986×10^(-2)mm。相关研究成果对于全金属单螺杆泵结构优化与装配设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。 With the wide application of all metal single screw pump in the field of heavy oil lifting,the research on the deformation and leakage of stator and rotor meshing clearance is particularly important.The traditional mathematical model and kinematic analysis are difficult to reflect the actual state of screw pump operation.Therefore,this paper constructs the three-dimensional models of stator,rotor and fluid domain through NX commercial software,realizes the one-way fluid structure coupling numerical calculation based on simerics MP+and ANSYS Workbench,and analyzes and compares the deformation of stator and rotor under different inlet and outlet pressure differences.The results show that the maximum deformation of the rotor increases with the increase of the inlet and outlet pressure difference,and the maximum deformation of the stator reaches a maximum value of 1.040×10^(-6) mm when the pressure difference is 0.08 MPa,which is three orders of magnitude smaller than that of the rotor;Under the condition of design clearance value of 0.1 mm,the meshing clearance of stator and rotor at inlet and outlet without differential pressure is 9.910×10^(-2) mm.With the increase of differential pressure,the meshing clearance first increases and then decreases,and finally approaches 3.986×10^(-2) mm.The relevant research results have certain guiding significance and reference value for the structural optimization and assembly design of all metal single screw pumps.
