摘要
目的分析参芪胶草汤联合紫杉醇+顺铂治疗肺癌的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月—2020年12月广东省潮州市中心医院收治的共300例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为2组。对照组采取常规化疗方案,观察组则在对照组基础上加入参芪胶草汤。比较2组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后中医症状积分以及药物不良反应发生率的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症状积分改善幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参芪胶草汤在晚期非小细胞肺癌常规化疗方案中的应用能够有助于提高治疗效果,同时不会增加药物不良反应,具有较高的安全性,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiaocao decoction combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods A total of 300 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Chaozhou Central Hospital from January 2010 to December 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group added Shenqi Jiaocao decoction on the basis of the control group.The differences of treatment efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenqi Jiaocao decoction in conventional chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer can help improve the therapeutic effect without increasing adverse drug reactions,has high safety,and is worth popularizing.
