摘要
从陈自明《妇人良方大全》调经门24条含有川芎的原文入手,从主治证候、配伍规律、用量用法3个方面,探究调经门调经药方中川芎的运用规律。提出:川芎常用于经期疼痛、崩漏、虚羸、月水不调、月水不通证候。与川芎配伍频次最高的是当归、芍药、桂心、牡丹皮、人参、赤石脂等药物。若胞宫有寒配伍桂心、干姜;若血热夹有血瘀配伍生地黄、牡丹皮;若表现为四体虚翕,则需补气健脾,配伍人参、茯苓;若经期下血过多、下血不止、淋漓不断,需要止血以防失血过多损伤正气,适当配伍阿胶、赤石脂、龙骨。川芎在调经药方中出现频率较高,用量从10.3~165.2 g不等。
Based on the syndromes,compatibility rules,usage and dosage of 24 original texts containing Rhizoma ligustici wallichii in menstruation illness on Complete Effective Prescriptions for Diseases of Women whose author is Chen Ziming.We can put forward the conclusion that Rhizoma ligustici wallichii is commonly used in symptoms like menstrual pain,metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,asthenia,irregular menstruation,amenorrhea and so on,the traditional Chinese medicines such as Angelica sinensis,paeonia lactiflora,Cinnamomi Cortex,moutan cortex,Ginseng Radix Rhizoma and Halloysitum rubrum have the highest frequency of compatibility with Rhizoma ligustici wallichii,if there is uterus-cold syndrome,Rhizoma ligustici wallichii is usually compatible with yang-strengthening drugs like Cinnamomi Cortex and Zingiberis Rhizoma.If there is blood heat and blood stasis,Rhizoma ligustici wallichii is usually compatible with heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs like Rehmanniae Radix and moutan cortex.If there is asthenia universalis,Rhizoma ligustici wallichii is usually compatible with qi-tonifying drugs like Ginseng Radix Rhizomaand Poria cocos,because it is necessary to replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen.If there is too much blood during menstrual period,it is necessary to stop bleeding to prevent excessive blood loss from damaging vital qi,and Rhizoma ligustici wallichii is appropriately compatible with Colla corii asini,Halloysitum rubrum and Longgu.The dosage of Rhizoma ligustici wallichii varies from 10.3 g to 165.2 g,which is commonly used in menstruation regulations.
