摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中尿糖、尿微量白蛋白联合检验效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2020年4月期间在我院接受治疗的糖尿病早期肾损伤患者60例将其作为研究组,另外选择同一时间段的健康人群60例将其作为对照组。结果:研究组尿糖、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)比对照组大(P<0.05);尿糖、ALB联合检验效果比单纯进行尿糖、ALB检验效果高(P<0.05);尿糖、ALB联合检验敏感度、准确性比单纯进行尿糖、ALB检验高(P<0.05)。5结论:糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中,尿糖、ALB联合检验效果较好,值得使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined detection of urine glucose and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2020,60 patients with early diabetic renal injury in our hospital were selected as the study group,and another 60 healthy people at the same time were selected as the control group.Results:The urine sugar and urine albumin(ALB)of the study group were larger than those of the control group(P<0.05);the effect of combined test of urine sugar and ALB was higher than that of simple test of urine sugar and ALB(P<0.05);the sensitivity and accuracy of combined test of urine sugar and ALB were higher than that of simple test of urine sugar and ALB(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury,the combined test of urine glucose and ALB has good effect and is worthy of use.
