摘要
利用2007年和2017年两期森林资源连续清查数据,参考国内外有关森林生态效益价值评价的相关理论和评价方法,对云南省迪庆州森林生态效益价值进行动态分析与评价。结果显示,2007年迪庆州森林生态效益总价值为573.6亿元,2017年为680.8亿元,两相比较,2017年森林生态效益总价值比2007年增加107.2亿元。在9个森林生态效益价值类别中贡献值大小排序为:生物多样性保护>固碳释氧>水土保持>净化环境>有机物质生产>涵养水源>减少土壤肥力损失>森林休憩>森林保护。文中就森林生态效益价值增长及其对维护生态安全、助推生态环境保护、促进民生林业发展等方面进行了讨论。
This paper made a dynamic analysis and evaluation of forest ecological benefit value in Diqing of Yunnan based on the continuous forest inventory data in 2007 and 2017 and referring to the relevant theories and evaluation methods of forest ecological benefit at home and abroad.The results showed that the total value of forest ecological benefit in Diqing was 57.36 billion yuan in 2007 and 68.08 billion yuan in 2017,and the total value of forest ecological benefit in 2017 increased by 10.72 billion yuan compared with 2007.The order of contribution value of nine forest ecological benefit was biodiversity protection>carbon fixation and oxygen release>soil and water conservation>environmental purification>organic matter production>water conservation>reducing soil fertility loss>forest recreation>forest protection.This paper discussed the value growth of forest ecological benefit and the role in maintaining ecological security,and promoting ecological environment protection,people's livelihood and forestry development.
