摘要
某铜矿选厂采用三段一闭路碎矿流程,中、细碎均采用ϕ1650 mm型圆锥破碎机,生产能力为2200 t/d,最终碎矿产品粒度为-12 mm94%。由于设备陈旧、老化,故障率高,维修、保养难度大,当采出矿石中碳质板岩矿占比较大时,细碎作业成为稳定选矿系统处理能力的瓶颈。为摆脱现场生产困境,进行了设备更新改造调研与论证。结果表明:①HP系列圆锥破碎机作业率高、生产能力大、设备性能优良、便于维修、应用灵活、易于操作,适合替代现场ϕ1650 mm型圆锥破碎机。②用短头型HP300圆锥破碎机替代ϕ1650 mm型短头液压圆锥破碎机,不仅满足工艺要求,而且投资省,实施容易,改造时间短;同时将预先检查筛分孔尺寸由14 mm×14 mm调整为10 mm×10 mm,碎矿系统开车时间可缩短6 h/d,产品粒度由-12 mm占94%降至-10 mm占95%,磨矿电耗预计下降5%左右。③一次性投资350万元,可节约电费115.5万元/a,并可省去大修费96.3万元。
A copper concentrator adopts a three-stage one-stage closed-circuit ore crushing process usingϕ1650 mm cone crusher for medium and fine crushing with a production capacity of 2200 t/d,and the final particle size of crushed products is-12 mm accounting for 94%.Because of the old and aging equipment and high failure rate,the maintenance is difficult.When the proportion of carbonaceous slate ore is relatively high in the mining ore,the fine crushing operation becomes the bottleneck to stabilize the processing capacity of the mineral processing system.In order to get rid of the field production dilemma,the investigation and demonstration of equipment renewal and transformation were carried out.The results showed that:①HP series cone crusher has high operating rate,large production capacity,excellent equip⁃ment performance,convenient maintenance,flexible application and easy operation,and is suitable for re⁃placingϕ1650 mm cone crusher on site.②Replacingϕ1650 mm short-head hydraulic cone crusher with short-head HP300 cone crusher not only meets the technological requirements,but also saves investment,is easy to implement and has a short transformation time.At the same time,by adjusting the size of the pre checked screening holes from 14 mm×14 mm to 10 mm×10 mm,the start-up time of the crushing system can be shortened by 6 h/d,the product granularity can be reduced from-12 mm 94%to-10 mm 95%,and the grinding power consumption is expected to drop by about 5%.③A one-time investment of 3.5 mil⁃lion yuan can save 1.155 million yuan per year in electricity cost and 0.963 million yuan in overhaul cost.
