摘要
为探究尾矿库溃坝灾害作用下对下游区域的灾害风险特点,借助地理信息系统对某铁矿尾矿库下游地形及重要建筑物进行调查,采用数值模拟研究166.0,122.0和97.0 m标高尾矿库溃坝砂流演进过程,并选取下游区域8个敏感点,分析砂流的淹没深度和流速。结果表明:3种工况条件下尾矿库溃决产生尾砂流到达下游敏感地区的时间基本上一致,对下游的影响规律基本一致;尾矿库溃坝库容越小,下游各敏感点的最大淹没深度越小,最大流速越小;距离尾矿坝坝址越远,最大淹没深度越小,最大流速也越小(水库除外)。溃坝砂流在坝址附近区域影响较大,且淹没深度变化较大,距离坝址越远,最大淹没深度和最大流速趋于平缓。
In order to explore the disaster risk characteristics of the downstream area under the action of the tailings pond dam failure,the terrain and important buildings downstream of an iron ore tailings pond were investigated with the help of geographic information system.Numerical simulation was used to study the evolution process of dam-breaking sand flow in tailings ponds at elevations of 166.0,122.0 and 97.0 m,and 8 sensitive points in the downstream area were selected to analyze the submerged depth and flow rate of the sand flow.The results show that under the three working conditions,the time for tailings flow generated by the collapse of tailings pond to reach the downstream sensitive area is basically the same,and the influence on the downstream is basically the same.The smaller the dam-breaking capacity of the tail⁃ings pond,the smaller the maximum submerged depth of each downstream sensitive point and the smaller the maximum flow velocity.The further away from the tailings dam site,the smaller the maximum sub⁃merged depth and the smaller the maximum flow velocity(except for reservoirs).The dam-breaking sand flow has a great influence in the area near the dam site,and the submerged depth changes greatly.
