摘要
本文通过论述当下国家政策,结合实际情况,分析碳达峰与碳中和下危废行业现状,把握现今政策导向重点,提出应对策略。从近期来看,危废企业应与有关部门协调,争取适用的碳排放权分配方式,同时联合高校与专业机构,建立相关方法学,培养相关人才,将减排碳转化为中国核证自愿减排量(CCER),为企业牟利。从长期来看,碳达峰和碳中和理念也在激励着企业对技术工艺甚至是市场布局进行革新,最终实现可持续发展。
By discussing the current national policy,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the status quo of the hazardous waste industry under carbon peak and carbon neutrality,grasps the key points of current policy orientation,and proposes countermeasures.In the near future,hazardous waste enterprises should coordinate with relevant departments to strive for an appropriate allocation method for carbon emission rights,and at the same time cooperates with universities and professional institutions to establish relevant methodologies,cultivate relevant talents,and convert carbon emission reduction into China certified emission reduction (CCER),so as to make profits for enterprises.In the long run,the concept of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is also inspiring enterprises to innovate their technological processes and even market layout,and ultimately achieve sustainable development.
